Continuous Learning
As a learning organisation, VEGA also places great emphasis on allowing our people to learn and develop, both personally and professionally. We share ideas with colleagues and clients, challenge each other and learn through our involvement with a variety of projects.
VEGA provides ample opportunity for more formal training, either through our web-based training portal or through enrolling into external programmes. We also encourage our people to undertake professional qualifications and support those who undertake study, which relates to their work.
